Who Are the Most Famous Pirates?

One of the most fearsome pirates was Blackbeard!  With his menacing appearance, adorned with slow-burning fuses that created an eerie spectacle of fire and smoke, Blackbeard struck terror into the hearts of those who dared cross his path. Once a legitimate sailor authorised by the Crown to capture enemy ships, Kidd's path took a treacherous turn as he became embroiled in the world of piracy.
