These great Sage Smudge Sticks are used for healing. The smoke is generally used to bless, cleanse and heal the person or object being smudged. Sage is used to cleanse the person from the outside world when entering into rituals and ceremonies. Smudge Sticks are bundles of dried herbs, and are bound with string.

Californian White Sage is sourced from a family owned business in San Diego. Their White Sage is grown and harvested sustainably on private land, five miles west of the Pacific in southern San Diego and Baja California, Mexico.
Please note: This is a naturally ocurring product which has a distinct, natural aroma.
